There's a whole lotta shakin goin on
Electricsex is back for it’s first London event of winter ’08. Electricsex perverted the course of convention once again this summer with some outstanding parties with a little help from Clive Henry, Tim Sheridan, Tigerskin, Sasse, Justin Robertson and our good friend and resident dj Enzo Siragusa. While we have been getting lost in Ibiza over the summer Enzo’s Circuit parties have been bubbling under, gaining acclaim and respect for their friendly atmosphere and carefully chosen artists. Both our parties share the same love of all thing warm, electronic and groovy …and of course we both share a strong following of Ibiza’s finest wrong’uns. We look forward to seeing all the faces from the summer and those we haven’t seen since last winter.

The fun caries on at Platinum from 4am where we really get down to the nittty gritty! I highly recommend doing the full 24hr experience and carrying on at Fuse the next day… Just don’t call me Tuesday

Sounds Like Us began as a daytime party born out of defiance to the opposition to daytime parties in Ibiza. Its fortnightly gatherings filled by proxy the void left by the absence of Circo Loco for those intent on happy Mondays. The idea made simple was to create an environment where people could listen and dance to good music in the sunshine, simple? The best ideas always are. The sound leans heavily towards the deep and groovy, perfect for al fresco raving.

Now what has this got to do with London in December? Well nothing actually, however we felt that a little reunion of those involved in sounds like us would bring all the right people out of the woodwork, the perfect antidote the post xmas blues. It is also one of the last chances to catch many of us before we go our separate ways in January.

We are very pleased to have one of our all time favourite dj’s back at SLU. Clive Henry’s sets embody deep and groovy, his set’s this summer a testament to this. We will be taking over Apothecary, which is the new micro club within Egg. We may well carry on after 6am when the rest of the club shuts so if you were not able to make it down in the night come see us in the morning.
