From: AUSTRALIA
Ajax

Ajax The baron of kampbootytek, the prince of disconouveaux and the Tsar of all things glampopfuzzbop, in who’s domain pop eats itself but has dessert as well. Ajax has been the original party starter since he started flipping records in 1996, (extinguishing any dream of extending his breaking career due to an overall lack of co-ordination) honing his craft and earning his reputation whilst disbanding his post graduate in Art and his lecturing at university to devote himself purely to the Party Arts.
He is now regarded as one of Australasia;s best electro mashup Dj’s known for such things as the Tiga/ Ajax ‘In The Mix 05′ CD(2005), Ministry of Sound ‘Mashed’ CD (2003), Ministry of Sound - Bang Gang CD (2005), Remix Magazine CD (2001) & their own Bang Gang mixed Cd series (Art Killers, K -Lassics, and I’m with Bang Gang) and his dense rockin irreverent dancefloor sets at the most acclaimed clubs and festivals.
He was recently awarded 3D World Magazine Best Dj 2005 (for the third year running), Most Outstanding Dj at the jovial 2005 MDMA awards and voted as the Technics & In the Mix No# 5 Australian Dj 2005.
Original member of Dj / production outfit D.A.M.N., Ajax and cohorts are currently gaining pace in the studio after big support for their first remix of Crazy Penis’ You Started Something (Sound Fiction/Universal) which recieved a DMA nomination 2004 and his and Gus Da Hoodrat’s electrotek monster remix of Sneaky Sound System ‘Hip Hip Hooray’ (Whack Recordings)2005.In 2006 he has been pounding the midi (and studio) completing remixes for Gerling and the Midnight Juggernaugts with a stack more to come. On top of this he has produced music for Sass and Bide (London, Australia and ew York Fashion Weeks), Levis, Tsubi, Bettina Lianno, Fashion Assassin, and Zimmeman with Vogue Magazine commenting that Ajax ‘made the best music for the fashion shows this year’ (2004). He also hosts his own drivetime radio show on Fbi Radio with felow Bang Ganger Jamie Doom.
To make life even more hectic, Ajax and fellow Bang Gang djs are currently promoting perhaps the most infamous/notorious club night in Australia, The Bang Gang, where the boys dish it out on 3 decks, efx and vox to a growing legion of fans dissaffcted by the banality of ‘the club experience’, The night has gone from strength to strength, touring Australia wide, smashing the cheese with sleeze ast every venture. Independently, Ajax has toured Australia wide with Soulwax - 2 Many Djs , James Murphy, Mylo (East coast), Damien Lazarus (East Coast) , and a special back2jacking tour with Tiga in 2005.
