"Never get bored" Could easily be the strap line for Barry Gilbey's career.
It's not until you start examining it that you realise what he's been involved with and what he's achieved over the last 12 years in the dance music industry. From early beginnings running and developing the ground breaking Choo Choo Records label, through Worldwide DJ and live performance tours, residencies in Moscow, Lithuania and UK, writing music for movies and TV shows from Top Gear to CSI Miami and everything in between, to finally being a co-creater of the renowned publishing company Voodoo Toddler and music industry hard-hitter Sunshine HQ.
Music fans will know him for his work on his revered Choo Choo Records under his many pseudonyms including but not limited to : Mara, Fingerfest Inc, Phony MC's, Hyperion, Bush People, with Lexicon Ave and of course his work with Anthony Pappa under the Pappa & Gilbey name.
He's remixed and worked with the very best from BT to Brothers in Rhythm and appeared on almost every sought after label you can think of.

He's now returned to his house music roots, producing again in the legendary Devil's Kitchen Studio. He's hammering out blistering house sets and developing his first label since Choo Choo, the much anticipated "Wibble Records". All the while being a director of music industry heavyweight companies Voodoo Toddler and Sunshine HQ.
