With a strong ability to read the crowd and an ear for a good tune, it is no doubt why Chrissy has a reputation for rocking dance floors. Playing a mixture of underground house and techno he manages to keep things groovy and full of energy. With this and his strong technical ability it is no wonder why he has quickly risen the ranks in London and Ibiza's club scenes.

House music has been a way of life for Chrissy since his early school years. From listening to Pete Tong tapes from the age of 14 he was inspired to go on his first trip to Ibiza in 2001 when he was just 17. After seeing some of the worlds top dj's, Chrissy realised this is where he had a future. Having already learned to mix on his brothers belt drive decks, he bought his fist set of 1210's and began collecting vinyl.

Within a year Chrissy had a residency at a local bar. It wasn't long before his sound was heard and he got the opportunity to play in some of London's top clubs including Ministry Of Sound, Pacha, The Cross, The Key and held a residency at Turnmills.

In 2007 Chrissy decided to quit his Accountancy job to go global, and moved to Ibiza for the summer. With a number of opportunities he managed to build his status, although it wasn't until 2008 he was rewarded when he retuned to the white isle once again. With a residency for Electric Sex at Eden, Sounds Like Us at Boulevard and his own brand Wonky Disko at Eden/ Itaca it was a successful summer.

Now with Chrissy's reputation constantly growing the focus for 2009 will be on his productions and the promotion of his own events to showcase his individual sound. With Wonky Disko and residencies for Circuit, Electric Sex and new project Wildlife the future is looking bright for Mr Maranello
