Born 1984 in a small place in upper Austria, Christoph was already confronted in his earliest childhood with the musical interests of his family. The father, concert musician for many decades as well as his older brother, an inspiring drummer. This is only one reason why Christoph already began to play different music instruments very early. In the end of the 80's, when volumes like “Depeche mode” were in the advance, this kind of music came along like a drug for him. Not at least therefore, the music finally became the center in Christophs life.
“Music can shift me within fewer seconds into a total tendency high and likewise into a total low. That creates nothing else otherwise.“ At that time in the 80's, the music category "Electro" become very popular and pulled Christoph into its spell and didn't release him till now, whereby he describes today his musical direction as "underground house".
Christoph Viela, is not anybody who is unprepared and/or not well thought about his handicraft.
Meanwhile he is in the music business since 2003.
Since that time, he was always on the road under the synonym “Funky Dualism”, a duo with his best friend. Additionally Christoph Viela still started in 2008 with his own project, which focuses on producing minimal & deep housesounds.
