Selected in 2000 as one of the best DJs in the world by Trax Magazine, DJ Tonio has been present on the European techno scene for the past 10 years.

He starts his DJ career at age 14, and moves towards techno at age 19 by becoming resident DJ of l¹An-Fer, in Dijon. He will stay there 5 years. DJ Tonio and Laurent Garnier will turn l¹An-Fer into one of the first techno clubs in France.

DJ Tonio starts his international career in 1997 by several gigs in USA : Buzz Parties, Washington (3 times), Capitol Ballroom party, Baltimore, Freedom Party, NY. Since then, we can find him in prestigious techno events along to numerous artists such as Green Velvet, Luke Slater, Carl Cox, Richie Hawtin, Jeff Mills, Dave Clark, Colin Dale, Hyperactive, Laurent Garnier, Jack de Marseille and Manu le Malin.

He's not neglecting the French scene and in parallell to his international carreer, we can find DJ Tonio guesting several years in a row at the Dragon Ball parties, south of France, 1994-1999 and the Got Milk parties, Strasbourg, 1996-2000. He's also touring in 1998 on the Purpose maker tour France. DJ Tonio could also be seen and heard at the D-Mention and Happyland parties, in Paris, the Nancy jazz pulsation and the Francopholies of La Rochelle. Still present on the french scene for the past 5 years : In Montpellier for the famous Borealis in 1999, and Helio Colors in 2001, in britanny for Astropolis in 1999. And the list goes on with the Rokepine parties in Epinal, The Ozosphere festival in Strasbourg, Alu in toulouse, Euphoria in Marseille, Soopa Cana in Montpellier, Snowtronics in Tignes ; the Techno-parade in 1998 and d Unities Zenith Paris 01 ; Festival GAZOMETER 2002 Vienne, Autriche.
