Daria was born in Geneva into a Swiss-Iranian artist's family. She started her musical career at 15 when she formed a new wave band. In 1996, she created her own graphic agency which led to doing some graphical design for some labels such as Mental Groove and artists such as Luciano. Through this relationship, Daria again plunged into music and started spinning records. She became resident at the amazing Weetamix Club in Geneva in 2002. She has recently started producing her own sounds and her track, «Alpaga» (Perspectiv Rec.) was chosen by the French magazine Tsugi for the sampler CD March issue.

Her sound elegantly shifts between the lightness of warm percussions and the shinny tension of bright arpeggiated melodies, assuring the excitement of the dancer as well the emotion of the listener, tight grooves delicately integrated into a fulfilling musical experience.

Keep an open eye out to experience her electrifying presence behind the decks which always incites people to dance non-stop, and to share their energy all together. Daria's sets consist of four to the floor, sharp, sexy minimal techno vinyls.
