DAVID LABEIJ (Remote Area). Along with releasing on seminal Dutch labels 100% Pure and Intacto as one half of Polder, David is a member of the highly regarded Amsterdam 661 Collective that includes the Polder boys (Lauhaus and Labeij), Julien Chaptal, Boris Werner, Kabale und Liebe and Quazar. Both Polder and 661 projects have increased Labeij's stock as a live performer, cemented his position as a crucial component in the Dutch techno scene and brought performances across Europe at Fabric, Awakenings, T-Bar, 5 Days Off and the influential Dutch venues Studio 80 and Melkweg.

While clearly a very sought after collaborator David keeps some of his talents to himself, incessantly building a discography packed full of wonderful techno and house tracks. Featuring on 2000 and One's first ever mix CD earlier this year, David also regularly releases on home of ‘new school' Dutch masters - Remote Area - on top of being known in the Lowlands for building grooving, intelligent, fast paced DJ sets.
