is a Brazilian music legend. The ex frontman from Brazilian punk band DE FALLA, single handedly invented the blend of punk rock and baile funk in 1999 creating the song "Popozuda Rock n´Roll" which has been a worldwide party smasher ever since.

In 2004 his song landed in a German campaign for Coca Cola, and kick started his international career.

In 2006 he released his debut album "Frenétiko" which contained the singles "Popozuda Rock n´Roll", "Sex-O-Matic", "Hot Mama" and "Gatas Gatas Gatas" which since became solid dancefloor burners, with remixes by Switch, Diplo, Sinden, Bonde Do Role and Crookers amongst others. He toured Europe and the US East Coast in 2006, followed by two European tours and an Australian tour in 2007.

In late 2007 Edu K´ "Gatas Gatas Gatas" song was featured in a global campaign for Sony Ericsson. In 2008 his future looks bright: The 1st single from his upcoming 2nd album (scheduled for autumn 2008 release) features Marina, the former singer of Bonde Do Role. Two more singles with hot MCs are in the pipeline. Either as MC or DJ Edu K is a versatile performer with more than 20 years of stage experience.
