James Flavour started mixing records in 97 for the „Bonito House Club" at the famous venue Globus/Tresor. His variable and funky sets made him soon earn a reputation as one of the freshest talents of the Berlin house scene. He soon played regularly at clubs in Berlin like (first) Panorama
Bar/Ostgut, Watergate or Cookies.
At the moment he has a residency at Weekend in Berlin. James played in many famous clubs abroad: Secretsundaze/London, Goa/Rome, Loft/Barcelona, Mondo Club/Madrid, Dirty Dancing/Brussels, Concorde Atlantique, Batofar, Noveau Casino, Triptyque, Le Pulp/Paris, Off
Corso/Rotterdam, Roxy/Prag, Culture Box, Vega/Kopenhagen, Studio 672/Cologne, Technique/Leeds, Tel Aviv, Sarajevo, Zagreb, Skopje/Macedonia, Moscow, Tokyo...

In the year 2000 he became a strong member of Highgrade Records where he released three highly respected records. His tracks „Dirty Fantasies" and „Pornero" were seen in many charts of good house DJs.

In 2004 he released two Eps on one of the best french house labels Brique Rouge.
2006 he produced „Da Ride" which became a key record for many house jocks.
He also records as half of Dirt Crew with Break 3000 on different labels like Moodmusic, My best friend and on their own imprint Dirt Crew Recordings.
