Jan Iwanitz was born on the 16th of October 1978 in Diez. He grew up in Limburg (near FFM). In his childhood he was inspired by the sounds of the 80's and later got into all styles of electronic music. He started to buy records and made his first DJ experiences in 1994. From then on he played small clubs as well as big ones like the famous Stammheim in Kassel.

In 1999 Jan also started to produce music, became a sound assistant and took a holding in a sound studio. But being a DJ was still more important. By the time the Stammheim closed, Jan decided to go abroad for three years to get new energy and inspiration.

After discovering the versatile possibilities of software synthesizers he decided to focus on music again. In the summer of 2005 he started several new projects with some friends.
