After a massive success with the french best selling series “Jérôme Pacman’s House Café”, house maestro, dance music pioneer and french hero Jerome Pacman joins the FAMILIES camp.

His double mix CD “Jérôme Pacman’s Family” is the result of more than one year digging in the studio, on the dancefloor, in the records shops or only staying up late listening to records.

“Jérôme Pacman’s Family” is not the combination of two mixes. Jerome thought his mix as a complete two hours set and spreat it on two CDs. This approach gave him the latitude to go from minimal house tracks (Closer music, Q-burns, Curvy Traction) and bring smoothly the audience to more percussive and funky beats (Brett Johnson, Swag, Dan Ghenacia & David Duriez).

Far from the commercial restrictions and close to his instinct, Jerome Pacman’s Family is his most personal work to date.

Jérôme Pacman (FAMILIES, Paris)
Jérôme Pacman discovered House Music in Ibiza during summer 87, the year of its 17 .(At that time, he was connected Hip hop and Electro-funk). Convinced by the energy and the spiritual state of this music, he starts dj for after-hours in Paris in 1990.
In the early nineties, Jerome became a french dance legend by playing the biggest French events, including the seminal “Libération” rave alongside Laurent Garnier and LFO and the legendary “Cosmos Factory” parties. At that time, Jerome Pacman was one of the few to have a radio residency on historical parisian radio FG.
He then naturally start to be booked abroad, having regular guest spots in Italy, Benelux or Germany, including a headlining gig at Mayday in 1993.
Jérôme Pacman’s sound is based on house rhythms, on which is played funky, electro, dynamics and suggestive sounds, forming a coloured universe where the words “atmospheres” and “emotions” means something.
Currently, Jérôme is working on studio projects, creating some tasty hypnohousetekelectrofunk&freaky tracks !.
He plays mostly all over Europe and got a show on parisian radio Nova.
