1994 - 2007 Lee has progressed some way since the days of DJ'ing in and around his teenage home town of Hastings. In 1999 Lee ventured to Lloret De Mar, Spain, where he was employed as resident DJ in the only British based Discotheque in resort. As well as working summer resorts, after 1 year abroad Lee found himself working the decks in an up and coming trendy bar in Soldeu, Andorra, where he still works his much sought after residency.

With over 12 years experience of playing music, versatile in all genres of music is a style that Lee has mastered, playing to accommodate all music tastes, music from alternative party, disco, dance classics to modern dance (funky house, house and harder house sounds). In 2004 Lee decided to move his recognised skills to Ibiza, realising the difficulty that Ibiza has as a new DJ.

Lee went on and undertook a seasons residency in the West End, also playing at venues such as Es Paradis (Déjà vu), Play 2, Nightlife (Now called Basement), Plastik, Eden (Opening Party, Judgement Sundays & Garlands), Kanya, Gala Night ('04, '05 & '06 Workers Party's) and numerous other parties day and night. In 2005 & 2006 Novice faced new challenges, wanting to achieve more, he kept his West End residency, whilst also taking on a Sunday residency at Summum playing 90's Classic Dance and Fridays with Pukka Up playing at Es Paradis, Itaca and Savannah. Whilst also DJ'ing at Eden (Opening Party, Judgment Sundays, Garlands and Plastik Party's), Kanya, Plastik, Hush and Play 2.

2006 saw Lee holding his own by becoming resident DJ on the weekly Sundance Boat Party, which accommodated revelers of up to 250 people each week, partying for 3 hours, dancing to a mixture of classic and new upfront house music. From Sunday 17th June 2007 Lee has fortnightly residency with Judgement Sundays @ Eden, Ibiza, hosting the White Room with 'Soulfunkraregrooveclassics'.
