One of the highlights of Marc's illustrious career is most notably his invitation to support music legend, Boy George, on his world tour, all of which have seen Marc's profile reach unprecedented levels and gaining massive support from the world's music media.
2009 has been an immense year on the production side with more releases in one year that in the past 5 years put together. Both his original material and remixes have been played by a wide range of DJs and radio stations around the world from Tiesto, Paul Van Dyk to Deepdish, Eric Morillo and Roger Sanchez, leading to dozens of interviews, including Radio1 interviews with legends such as Pete Tong, Judge Jules, Annie Nightingale and new kid on the block Dave Spoon. Having not spent much time in the studio in past few years, due to running his own global club brand Koolwaters and extensive Touring, 2009 saw him locked in the studio and his productions selling hundreds of thousands of units and licensed to electronic dance music giants Ministry of Sound and Hed Kandi. Marc 's remix of "Candy Shop" by Candy Girls reached N16 in the UK dance charts in Nov 09, and his most recent release, "Fast Track" signed to Baroque Records, has been licensed for the new Cream Ibiza Compilation mixed by the world's biggest dj, Paul Van Dyk. Never one to stand still, Marc has been raising the profile of his new label Koolwaters Recordings with a string of his own productions, receiving wide acclaim from dance music peers alike. His newest singles all out on the new KW label called "Only Love", "Get it Out", "String Circus" and "Sausage Song" have all been supported by a wide range of artists from Gareth Emery, Matt Darey, James Zabiela, Deepdish to Pete Tong. His follow up track on Koolwaters Digital called "Liquid Spirit" with vocalist Tricia Kelshall from Way Out West fame is due for release in early 2010, alongside his new collaboration with Boy George on his new track called "Amazing Grace" out on MN2S in Jan 2010. His latest material due for release on the KW label in March and April 2010 are two monster tracks. The first one called "Ragga Blip" is a brilliant rework of the classic "On a Ragga Tip" by SL2 and has already been causing a stir with the tastemakers and his latest collaboration with Boy George called "Sunshine into my Life" is tipped to be a Ibiza summer classic in 2010!!!
The eagerly awaited Koolwaters 365 Compilation mixed by Marc and Kid Massive is also out in January 2010 exclusively on Itunes.
