Born in Montevideo, Uruguay, in 1980 MartinTC comes from a musical family background receiving the influences from classic, jazz and rock music.

At the age of 19 he started playing the guitar and electronic music, experimenting between drum'n bass, house, techno and minimal, developing a distinct sound with a base on groovy rythms, experimental sounds and sampling.

Then he founded the netlabel Ouzomusic with his college Ian Lampel, with the sole purpose of creating a platform for artists from his home town Montevideo.
In 2004 he starts Gezumo, an electronic duo with Ian Lampel, which was an original and unique music experiment between electronic and uruguayan traditional music like candombe and murga.

After that, Martin moved to Valencia, Spain, with Guillermo Miranda forming the dance music project Monoblock, which immerses Martin in the european electronic dance scene. Monoblock releases EPs with significant labels like Cynosure, Archipel, Airdrop and Minuendo, among others and some of the tracks were played by well known djs such as Richie Hawtin, Ricardo Villalobos, Mike Shannon or Mathias Kaden.

A few years ago, influenced by the electronic scene movement, he decided to move to Berlin, Germany, where he received even new inspirations for his own musical path.
Since then Martin has continued pushing the boundaries of music, creating and discovering new sounds in his electronic world
