Imagine, you go to your favourite Vinyldealer..s and see a young girl standing behind the recordshelves, digging for the newest Tracks; imagine, you go to the club the same evening and see the same girl - she may be 14, perhaps 15 years old - standing in the pulpit preaching her religion of four-to-da-floor-beats. Such a little Pordigy of djing-guild was Miss dicA; her aritstname comes from her favourite sound of that time and the approach to make something new out of it, to represent it in a new way, to "read it from behind to the front". Her first gigs took place in the hottest clubs of Vienna and at at this time already famous events like the Danube Rave in Linz, later the Rockhaus in Salzburg and so on. In the age of twenty she moved to Cologne where she continued to dj and was involved to local radiostation „Eins-live“, where she made moderation and worked in the studio; next to that she absolved a actorsclass. 
The question in which direction she should develop always was on her mind; always there was music that was the main thing in her life. Because of that she decided to go to Berlin in 2005, the place to be when it was and is about the european electrnoic music-scene; the city where making music she thought of to be mostly possible for her. Here she found her style, her own sound, which is located somewhere between dirty-trashy Gigolo- and clean-produced Cocoonsound. Her own productions together with Ronald Christoph came to life too in this ara - he showed her the wonderful world of musicproduction. Not long after that she began - equiped with Ableton Live, a MIDI-kayboard and Virus - to work on her own tracks. Shortly after that the interest of other musicproducers and labels grew; for example for her "Freak EP" which was released on 3rd Ear Records and was quiet a big success in the clubscene in England and Germany - her talent and her experience of years on electronic music were combined with her ambition to sit in the studio for hours until everything accorded her expectations and formed more and more a overall concept that reached the form of a live-act; a balance to just djing and an opportunity to be silhuetted against other artist and Djs, to proof her own way of seeing music. Important for this is the active creation of her own sounds and the placement of her own lyrics, brought straight forward to the audience, away from just passive representing works from others, towards the expression of her own personality in tone and mood. That is how her project "Synth Model" arised. Since then she more and more brings herself into her sets, MCs to her tracks and gives them a very personal touch by doing this. 
Like that Miss dicA puts herself progressivly into what she is doning and handling with; what she does, she makes through and thorugh. Imagine, you go to a club in Berlin, Dresden, Vienna, London or elsewhere and see the same girl, now twentyseven years old and grown up to a noteworthy artist, still standing behind the turntables, just with lots of expirience more and provided with a respectable portion of feeling for making party; you recognize in the moment that someone is doing her thing here who knows what is going on in the club - always ahead with the newest tracks, equiped with everything necessary that makes her own personality -, that Miss dicA is on work here; she will screw your mind, give a decent drive to your dancing shoes and take you a little while with her on her own way.
