Nathan Boddy's Office Gossip project has become an immediate force to be reckoned with in the house scene. After a cameo appearance on the Winding Road Sampler vol.1 and an acclaimed remix of Schmoov's 'Spirits' (which iDJ Magazine described as "perhaps the best version of a great package"), Office Gossip's debut artist EP arrived in 2003 in the form of the 'Blue On Black' EP on Winding Road Records. Shortly afterwards came the 'Street Talk' EP - 4 tracks of lush discoid deep house which firmly cemented Nathan's reputation as one of the best of the new generation of deep house producers. DJ Magazine called the EP "simply gorgeous", and said "Office Gossip is up there with the cream of the label, and the lead track here is so dreamy our hearts nearly collapsed in melancholic longing".
Nathans latest release 'Carbon Copy' EP was out at the end of September 2007 on Winding Road Records. The release attracted an impressive set of reactions, with glowing praise from the likes of Tom Middleton, Atjazz, Spirit Catcher, Vincenzo and Laurent Garnier to name but a few. The record was also charted by Steve Bug.
Nathan has kept himself busy with numerous musical projects, including co-running the Winding Road label together with John Buckby, and an exciting new production collaboration with DJ Dan Foat. The pair have got a string of releases already lined up throughout 2008, with there debut record 'Droid Nosh' due out on Japans Mule Electronic in April.
Nathan regularly DJ's around London and Europe and has wowed crowds at numerous Winding Road events throughout the UK with a live Office Gossip p.a. The live project is sure to take off in the coming year as a number of forthcoming releases on labels including Urban Torque, continue to raise the Office Gossip profile.
