Pablo Anon studied at classical music, where Pablo majored in musical assertoric and theory through AMEB Program through the Conservatorium of Music, Sydney, which lead him in 1999 to discover a new sound which introduced him to the electronic scene leading to eventually establishing his DJ career in 2002 which he quickly gained recognition from the legendary DJ and eventual mentor DJ Captain Kirk. Within two short years, Pablo was in demand for his journey, playing throughout Australia super clubs and events including GAS, Plastic, Icebox, Transmission and Embrace.
By 2005, the Sydney scene had labelled Pablo as one of the most versatile and flexible DJ’s in the industry; gaining further respect from veterans Peewee Ferris and Nervous as a ‘…purist trance journey DJ...’ and was quickly recognized by his younger peers, Patrick Carerra, Tidy and Jumping Jack as '…Someone to look out for…', and this was crystallised by his first international booking at Cambridge Music festival and THE SOHO in the U.K. for his mix releases ‘Elements’. Within 12 months, Pablo was invited back for another tour of London where, this time GTR (Gareth Emery), noticed his remix projects leading him to form new collaborations with producers such as Kevin Energy (UK), and Peewee Ferris (AUS).
In early 2007 Pablo reached his first peak of his career where he was finally acknowledged by 'Sublime@Home' in Sydney, where he would support acts such as Ferry Corsten, Cosmic Gate and Paul Van Dyke. Towards the end of 2007, he was again invited to tour UK, but this time was invited to perform at London's prestigious trance nightclub 'The Gallery'. However this rise was cut short in December 2007, where Pablo announced his early retirement from the Trance scene due to Fathers illness.
Pablo did not return to the stage until August 2009 at 'The Camo Party' @ Sublime. He was reborn, and re-established himself. The feedback from local Sublime residents (DJ Scotty G, Tempa and DJ Big DAN) affirmed his branding as 'a real journey DJ with an international sound'. This success at Sublime opened the opportunity to play as a guest DJ at Sydney most respected radio Trance station Beatz FM 99.3, were he became a co-host, and holds he still holds a regular special guest spot, resulting in recent support of Sebastian & Ernesto, Signature Music Festival in 2010 and regular interstate performances throughout Australia including Home Nightclub (Sydney), Syrup in (Hobart), Unity and Heaven.
In 2012, Pablo’s production career will launch with the following confirmed releases of Nostalgic, Spire, Game of Thrones Bootleg - Winter is Coming, and remixes of originating artists John Merki and Isaac Chambers. This year also places Pablo in the company of fellow producers John Merki, Brian Flinn, Type 41, and Kaeno joining them on the world global 'Live Beyond Tour’ beginning late 2012.
