Ramiro Bernabela was born in Waddinxveen, Netherlands and moved to Groningen 10 years later. He developed a love for music at an early age, buying his first synthesizer at age 12. He started DJing when he was 18. In the nineties he made a name for himself as the resident DJ from The Golden Arm in Groningen. Ramiro has played at parties and clubs in Groningen and Amsterdam for many years, including the Melkweg, Club Zoo, the Palace, Huize Maas, the Golden Arm, the Martiniplaza, and Simplon. He is a regular guest DJ on Nautic Radio, and he is a regular DJ on Megabeat, a dance program on Oog Radio. His style is deep house combined with progressive and tech house. In 2003 he started learning about music production. Since then, he has been in the studio perfecting his production skills. In 2009 he signed a contract with AudioBite Records from Detroit. He has released many original productions and remixes with AudioBite, and they have received a lot of attention and airplay from many notable DJs. He hosts a weekly radio show for AudioBite Records that is aired every Friday night from 9PM to 11PM CET on www.house-musik.eu. In 2010 he signed a contract with System Recordings from New York.
