Robbie Rivera has been at the very heart of house music since the early 90s. He’s released seminal tracks on labels like Erick Morillo’s Subliminal, has mixed it up for Defected, has topped the charts with his creations and has remixed a wide array of artists from Faithless to David Guetta, all the while taking his electric and eclectic DJs sets to the biggest and best clubs and festivals around the world. Of course, Rivera is also the boss of Juicy Music, which has put on parties around the world featuring the red-hot talents of Deadmau5, Kaskade, Axwell and Steve Angello, and has also spawned a radio programme, The Juicy Show, which is listened to by house lovers all over the world.
Most recently Robbie has unleashed ‘What To Do Now,’ on the Juicy Music label. It’s already gotten plenty of air on MTV, is Number 1 on the Billboard Dance Club Breakout chart and has been spun by everyone from Junior Sanchez to Maurizio Gubellini & Delayers. The track features vocals by New York City’s, The EKGs, and is a fast and fun ride through big room house music. With another Forever Young live concert tour under his belt in 2014 after the success of the 2013 edition, house stalwart Robbie Rivera is still proving he has lots to give.
