soundspace is a product of the mind of iván lópez. dj from 1997 to the date. soundspace started working his own sounds aroud 2000. since a child, he was always influenced by fiction movies, technology and futurism. because of this, most of his music is electronic based, looking for the kind of sound of all that technologic world. as part of the crew of noiselab and c+r, soundspace had the chance to dj at the most relevant parties at that time, either making perfect warm up's for the top dj's around the world or as a headliner some other times, also, with residencies in clubes like colmillo, rioma, cosmo, am, among others. in 2008, alongside his long time friends valeria and jerga (signal deluxe), soundspace starts blaq records and has been delivering quality mexican music to the electronic scene, including tracks from himself and his recent alternate deep project finnegan. by now, blaq records is being sold all around the world in stores like beatport, juno digital, etc. with the new develpments in software and hardware for music production and djing, soundspace is now playing live remix and bootleg sets, which involve loops, chops, edits, and fx, all tracks being remixed live, at the moment, creating a complete new enviroment and unique signature sets. this time is harder to classify Soundspace music, since it always moving between genres as an experiment. we might only say that soundspace music is electronic music ..
