"Zentrale Randgruppe" are Simon Schwendener (Khainz) & Piero Scherer (Mirio) both living in Switzerland. Since the early 90ies they are both very interested in electronic music and the party-movement around the globe. Some years after they started to produce different styles of music in their own homestudios. Simon in Buchs (SG) and Piero in Lucern.

In 2002 Simon moved to Lucern where they met first time. They knew very soon that they have a lot of common interests in music and production, so they started to produce together a couple of tracks. Soon they where working more often together and formed the band "Zentrale Randgruppe".
