Getreu nach dem Motto "Zwei sind mehr als Einer" gründete sich Beachtownrecords im Juni 2008 um Künstlern aus dem Norden und deren Musik eine gemeinsame Plattform und Verbindung zu bieten. Zum Pool des Netlabels gehören unter anderem Künstler wie Michael Lieb, Alexander Brandl, Monolog, Michael Fremd, Martin Menzel, Quinto, Thomas Sengebusch, Net Flanders, Costello und Johnny Golden.
