Koolwaters Recordings is the record label offshoot of worldwide clubbing brand that is Koolwaters. Having extensively toured the globe, hosting events and festivals in major cities and countries all around the world it made sense to launch a music outlet for this expanding clubbing brand. With a forthcoming summer residency at Eden in Ibiza plus continuing with events in Asia and Canada, Koolwaters Recordings looks to capitalise off the back of the increasing awareness of the brand and launch it’s own DJ’s and Artists into the limelight over the coming years.

Marc Vedo, the head honcho of the both Koolwaters and Koolwaters Recordings is himself a DJ come producer who is no stranger to the heights of success, having clocked up as many air miles as most globe trotting DJ’s, playing around the world for clubs such as Godskitchen, Cream, Gatecrasher, Avalon, Spundae, The Guvernment, Fabric, Turnmills and Ministry of Sound to name only a few. While Marc has now decided to launch his own label imprint, he has already had many successful releases on legendary labels like Baroque Records and Five AM Records, which has seen his tracks feature on global compilations by Ministry of Sound and Hed Kandi, with Paul van Dyk more recently using “Fast Track” on his Cream Ibiza compilation of 2008.
