Turquoise Blue operates from near Newcastle upon Tyne in the UK and has been founded by Neil Harker and Mark Jamieson with the simple aim of releasing house music which is deep, sometimes dark but always groovy and underground. The label takes inspiration from deep and tech house stalwarts Freak n Chic, Crosstown Rebels and Leftroom alongside more recent trailblazers such as Supplement Facts, Culprit and Visionquest - all labels who have managed to grow and attract a wide range of fans while remaining true to their underground spirit. The label will release music by a blend of established producers alongside up and coming names, with early EPs featuring artists such as Arttu, Laura Jones, Kris Wadsworth, Ruthit, M A N I K, Tom Ellis, Boris Horel, Alex Arnout, Djebali, Jef K, Cera Alba, Nick Turner and Basic Soul Unit.

TQR001 (September 5th) we have a 2 track E.P from Tom Ellis with remixes from Kris Wadsworth, Arttu aka LUMP and Nick Turner.

TQR002 (September 30th) will be a 3 track E.P from Ruthit with remixes from MANIK and Boris Horel.

TQR003(November 9th) will be a 3 track E.P from Arttu aka Lump with remixes from Tom Ellis and Alex Arnout.

TQR004 will be a 2 track E.P from a new artist called Nick Turner with remixes from Djebali, Basic Soul Unit and Arttu and will be released on 14th December

TQR005 will be a 2 track E.P from Alex Arnout with remixes from Laura Jones and Jef K and will be released in early 2012
