ImagineCape Town becoming a major new feature on the international jetsetter's calendar alongside Ibiza, Miami WMC, & Amsterdam Dance Event... But this time instead of clubs imagine DJs tearing it up in exotic locations that include wine farms, beaches, luxurious mansions, film studios and waterfront warehouses. Sound good? From 17th February to 3rd March 2007, a hand picked selection of exciting DJs, labels and brands in clubland will invade Cape Town...
LoveCapeTown.com and Trust the DJ launched Global Breakthrough, the first-ever club tour to Cape Town in March 2006. After a triumphant inaugural tour, major record label confirmed the two week clubbing escapade including Renaissance, Global Underground, Toolroom, Azuli and Defected. Pushca will also be strutting their stuff and hosting a one off ultra exotic event. Take advantage of that favourable exchange rate and join the international star DJs as they discover shark diving, sandboarding, take a Huey helicopter trip down the coast and come to realise why Cape Town has so much to offer.
The Music: Lee Burridge and Tall Paul will be playing the opening party and joined by Notting Hill Carnival King Norman Jay. James Zabiela, Sasha´s protégé has become a prominent figure in the world´s top 20. James will make his South Africa debut on 23 February headlining the Renaissance event.
