To celebrate, they throw another classy party at Fire in South Lambeth on 2nd November with Martin Buttrich, Alex Arnout, Moodtrap, Jesse James, Johnny Bloomfield and many more.
One of the most skilled producers and performers on his time, Martin Buttrich has released a number of intricate EPs and albums on labels like Poker Flat, Culprit and Desolat, joining the dots between minimal, house and techno with ease. He’s also put his sonic thumbprint on many big ticket artists, notably receiving a Grammy nomination for a Tori Amos remix in 2003. Such diverse musical horizons are rare. While other prolific artists may have slowly watered down their music, Buttrich’s star has risen in diametric opposition.
Alex Arnout is a slow burning star with over 20 years experience behind him. Soon after breaking through Arnout began playing familiar outposts like DC: 10 and Pin Up in Ibiza, Dance Valley in Amsterdam and Circo Loco in London, for whom he has been resident for the last few years. On top of that, his finely sequenced journeys through all things house have also won him a residency at London’s definitive Sunday session, Fuse, as well as gigs at the most revered of them all... fabric. Of course he also runs the Dogmatik label feature artists like Maya Jane Coles, Ed Davenport, Kuba Sojka and many others.
