This one stop site gives global job seekers all the information they need to make their Balearic dreams come true. Job seekers register their resumes for free on www.ibizajobcentre.com and look for work and accommodation from the comfort of home - no more turning up on an unknown island CV in hand and poring over the Spanish classifieds. IJC is advertising jobs all year round, even in winter when the Ibiza grapevine bears less fruit and finding work is even more difficult.

As for employers, Ibiza Job Centre takes the trauma out of finding staff meaning more chance of a successful summer. Registered employers have access to a database full of reference checked job seekers - from builders and beauticians to bartenders.

Founder Suzy Huggett explains. "Ibiza Job Centre was born out of a real need - there was no sure fast way of finding a job or staff on the island. Working as a freelance hairdresser I've seen people running around like headless chickens on both sides - either looking for work or desperate for staff. I wanted to help connect people and felt a more professional approach was needed as the island continues to evolve."  Ibiza Job Centre opens the door on a diverse selection of jobs and once activated on site a resume is matched with relevant vacancies. There's an option to upload a video for that all important first impression - the perfect way for PRs, DJs, dancers and singers to really sell themselves. They manage their job hunting through a personal IJC account, applying for vacancies when alerted via email. Interview requests are sent including a Google map link pin pointing the location.

IJC is packed with useful links - essential worker information, Ibiza bus time tables and maps, taxi numbers and more. The accommodation pages (coming in March) allow job seekers to search for accommodation before reaching the island and those with property to rent can advertise directly to the hordes heading over to work. The Classified pages (also coming in March) showcase the island's top freelancers and services.

One FREE Vacancy Upload gives businesses the chance to see the service in action. Registered employers who upload a job vacancy on Ibiza Job Centre receive a list of reference checked job seekers from which to select candidates for interview, and have full access to the database of workers.

A vacancy upload can cost as little as €25, is live within minutes and stays online for one month. Vacancies uploaded now will stay on line until the end of April at no extra charge. It's easy to edit ads on line as needed, no waiting for newspapers to go to print or the perfect employee to knock at the door.
