"After their most successful summer ever in 2007, Cream returns to host their master class in Ibicenco clubbing every Thursday at Amnesia."
The scouse club is now into its 13th season at Amnesia, making it the island's longest running promotion at the same venue. To give you a sample of what the season has in store we've tapped into Liverpool's other great export - football - and persuaded football-mad Cream boss Mo Chaudry to pick his:
' Cream Ibiza FC All Time XI'. Here's the championship line-up...

2. Name: Andy Carroll A founder of the club alongside James Barton and Darren Hughes, Andy has roots in the Liverpool punk and New Wave scene of the 1980s. After stints at the notorious Quadrant Park, Cream gave Andy a new platform to express his talent, which he then took onto a global playing field by touring extensively during the 90s. A staple for Cream at Amnesia down the years, he has proven to a most dependable member of the team. Mo says, "Andy has been there right from the start. He's been like a star super-sub on the terrace for years". Classic Cream Ibiza Track: Brothers in Rhythm - Peace and Harmony |

3. Name: Seb Fontaine After hitting the headlines with glam handbag house night Malibu Stacey, Seb was snapped up by Cream in 1998 to fill the boots of legendary resident Paul Oakenfold. His contagious style received critical acclaim and landed him the role of 'super-sub' at Radio 1, deputising for Pete Tong and Danny Rampling before eventually securing his own weekly show. 4. Name: Eddie Halliwell Entering into his fourth season with 'Cream Ibiza FC', Eddie has fulfilled the fan's dream of progressing from dancefloor to the DJ booth, and all by the age of 23. Known for his high octane and energetic style, his Mixmag "DJ of the Year" accolade in 2003 was the spring board for even greater achievements, securing him a Radio 1 residency and a transfer from Judgement Sundays to Cream Ibiza. A true entertainer that was born to win. Classic Cream Ibiza Track: Mojado - Kaktus |

5. Name: The Shapeshifters Formed in 2003, The Shapeshifters are undoubtedly one of the unsung heroes of the team. After huge hit Lola's Theme in 2004 a host of production and remix work followed before their surprise 2005 residency for Cream. Mo says, "we gave them a gig when not many others would and they were great for us ". The Shapeshifters were a dependable part of Cream's transformation of the terrace into a peak time arena, paving the way for the likes of Axwell and Ingrosso. Classic Cream Ibiza Track: Ce Ce Rogers - Someday |

6. Name: Paul Van Dyk Country: Germany Seasons with Cream: 2000-2008 Position: Centre Midfield and Captain Description: The heartbeat of the Cream Ibiza team for nearly a decade Van Dyk first encountered dance music listening to forbidden radio shows as a kid in East Berlin. Promising displays at clubs like the legendary Tresor and E-work attracted the talent scouts but it was his seminal trance tracks that thrust him into the premier league. Records like 'For An Angel', 'Avenue' and ' We Are Alive ' have became timeless anthems and Van Dyk continues to be showered with awards and accolades, including twice topping the DJ Mag Top 100 DJs list. Mo waxes lyrical about Van Dyk, "He is the most professional DJ I've ever come across. He epitomises what the main room is about and fits it better than any other DJ. He is adored by everyone: the Cream team, Amnesia staff, the bar workers and especially the fans…..Paul can make them cry with joy." Classic Cream Ibiza Track: Paul Van Dyk - For An Angel |

7. Name: Roger Sanchez His world-class performances down the years have made him one of the most respected players in the business. After serving his apprenticeship in New York's burgeoning house scene in the late 1980s, Roger became one of the first regular US jocks playing for Europe's principle clubs. A firm Cream favourite, Roger found time for off the field work, including the Number 1 smash ' Another Chance ' and remix work for artists like Madonna and Alicia Keys. He left Cream Ibiza on a free transfer to set up his own night Release Yourself, but Mo still recognises his contribution, "Roger's US house sound was the norm for Cream back then, it was great." Classic Cream Ibiza Track: Armand van Helden - Funk Phenomena |

8. Name: Paul Oakenfold Oakenfold's apprenticeship included signing the Fresh Prince and Salt 'n' Pepa whilst working in A&R in London's West End, followed by fine tuning his skills and technique in New York and Ibiza during the mid-80s. After his Damescene acid house experience at Amnesia 1987, it was his events, Phuture and Spectrum, which laid the foundation for modern dance music culture. A Cream Ibiza veteran, Oakey pre-dates Cream's relationship with Amnesia, with his mythical residency in Liverpool 1997-99. Paul has won plaudits for his silky skills on the decks and worshipful fans love to chant his name. He has saved his recent appearances for Cream Ibiza for the big matches, including broadcasts as part of Radio 1's Ibiza coverage in 2003, 2004 and 2006. Classic Cream Ibiza Track: U2 - Where The Streets Have No Name |

9. Name: Tiesto World-class in every sense of the word, Tiesto's rise to global fame is down in no small part to his man of the match performances for Cream Ibiza from 2002 to 2005. He's also responsible for crowd pleasers like his remix of Delerium's'Silence' and 'Gouryella' (with fellow Cream favourite Ferry Corsten). Mo struggles to find the words to describe Tiesto: "Unbelievable. His shows with Paul Van Dyk during those few years were just massive… it just doesn't get better than Paul and Tijs together." During these halcyon days he was DJ Magazine's No.1 DJ for three consecutive years and played at the Olympic opening ceremony - the pinnacle of sporting greatness. A deadly finisher, Tiesto is the fan's favourite. Classic Cream Ibiza Track: Tiesto - Traffic |

10. Name: Pete Tong Pete Tong needs no introduction but his time as part of the Cream Ibiza team is perhaps less well known. A regular in Liverpool from the club's foundation in 1992, Pete played a key role in Cream's first European jaunts, both at Ku and later at Amnesia. Cream Ibiza is the traditional home of the live Essential Mix during Radio 1's Ibiza coverage and memorable Tong moments include the 1996 broadcast with Sasha and 2000 extravaganza with Fatboy Slim and Laurent Garnier. Classic Cream Ibiza Track: Tori Amos - "Professional Widow [Armand Van Helden Remix]" |
