Pete Tong 's dramatic exit after five years at the helm of Pure Pacha has been the talk of the town, with everyone wondering "what's next?" for Ibiza's most glamorous party spot.

Ibiza Voice wandered through the maze of the Pacha complex until we found amiable ex-firefighter turned brand manager guru Danny Whittle who gave us the scoop on what the future holds. We listened closely then did our sums. Here's how it breaks down… 

22% The Scandinavian invasion:
Why get one big name headliner when more will do? Instead of putting all their eggs in one basket Pacha has invited a cross-section of hot stars to compete for the love of the Friday night crowd - including Axwell, Seb Ingrosso and Steve Angelo (aka the Swedish House Mafia) and moody Dane genius Trentemoller. 

28% Rave classics:
Storming Ibiza from the other side of the pond, jump-up rave favourites Basement Jaxx return to play their first Ibiza shows in three years, while Insomnia legends Faithless will be on hand to ensure no one gets any sleep during their residency. Plus appearances from the likes of Oakie and "instant classic" hit-maker Fedde Le Grand. 

10% High technology:
Pacha spent the winter fattening up its already killer soundsystem. "It's at least 30% more powerful, and clearer," Whittle says.

Taking full advantage will be VDJ Sander Kleinenberg whose dazzling sets are splashed across the clubs plasma screens courtesy of the latest gadgets from Pioneer.  

15% VIP:
"The VIP area gets bigger every year, there's a demand for it," Danny says. How much of the club is roped off for champers-swilling celebs varies on the night, but Whittle denies this goes against the inclusive ethos of clubbing. "It's important to have something to aspire to." 

9% Dressing up:
"I see the same kids in Pacha I see at Cream or Space, but they get dressed up and they're on their best behaviour. Maybe Pacha feels like more of a night out," says Whittle. 

13% Urban hype:
Whittle is non-committal about the fate of Jade Jagger's Jezabel night, remarking on her "busy schedule" (though there are rumours she's moving to Bar M). The Global Room will be in the capable hands of Trevor Nelson, abetted by hip hop fan Maxi Jazz. 

3% Success is the best revenge:
Danny is bullish on '08. "We were going to have to replace Pete at some point anyway. The gossip doesn't bother me: all publicity is good publicity! I have faith in Pure Pacha and our line-ups."
