It's time for a revolution and Carl Cox is leading this insurgency that aims to reconstruct the rules of the dancefloor and give the people what they want.

Now in Season number 8, the biggest Tuesday night on the island sees its most eclectic selection yet, pulling pioneers of the electronic music scene from across the spectrum to break down the barriers of the status quo and advocate a new way forward.

Carl will be joined by comandante Moby as exclusive Ibiza guest, with Sasha, Digweed, Green Velvet and James Lavelle the other prominent names in the rebel troops. Then we get into the whole ethos of this revolutionary movement; the diversity that sees Roni Size, LTJ Bukem, DJ Marky, Adam Freeland, Gilles Peterson, whilst also drawing on regular Ibiza vistors such as Loco Dice, Mark Knight and Dave Spoon from a totally different end of the musical scale. My own personal highlight though has to be a live performance from Inner City, booked on the same bill as Sasha and Kevin Saunderson, of course.

Of course, the Carl Cox events in Ibiza are no stranger to fighting for your rights, having been one of the first true nocturnal events at Space and championed the concept of getting the party started early with cheaper tickets and even free entrance to the party to those coming from 9pm onwards. The sunset terrace is the place to party as the sun sets, before the 'anything goes' Terraza rocks alongside King Coxy's Discoteca until the sun comes up.

The uprising begins on July 7th , which leaves us wondering how such a star-studded rebellion force is going to squeeze into just 12 weeks of
tactical operations.
