One of the real hubs of WMC, South Beach's Shelborne Beach Resort returns for Miami 2010 with a weeklong party of events in conjunction with DJ Mag. Parties run from Tuesday 23rd through to Sunday 28th March and encompass a phenomenal wealth of artists across the spectrum of electronic music for the events taking place during the day at the legendary pool parties and at night inside in the Shine club.

Timmy Regisford and his famous Shelter parties, along with David Morales, gets proceedings under way before what will easily be one of the hottest WMC party tickets for 2010, the ‘Recession Session' pool party on Wednesday 24th. Already sold the event reads like a who's who of the world's hot dance producers, featuring Joris Voorn, Steve Lawler, Dennis Ferrer and Eric Prydz, as well as James Zabiela, Nic Fanciulli, Way Out West (Live) and the SOS boys. Later on that night, Josh Wink and Steve Bug face off, as to Joris Voorn and Nic Fanciulli, whilst Sneak keeps it real in the Lounge.

If that doesn't whet your appetite then Thursday will, with DJ  Luciano appearing with partner-in-crime Reboot and Loco Dice starring exclusively with Martin Buttrich. Again, later on there is something for all tastes with Hernan Cattaneo, DJ T., Darren Emerson and Anthony Pappa. The proggy-ish feel of the latter names there continue into Nick Warren's Hope session alongside Dave Seaman, Hybrid and D Ramirez on Friday night, with Jonathan Peters taking over pool duty.

The South Beach silicone babes will be a pleasant temptation come the weekend and no doubt an excess or three, but Pacha Ibiza's Beach Party with Jazzy Jeff, Todd Terry and David Morales looks like the perfect hangover remedy and a special Sasha gig at Shine is guaranteed to have the pure Saturday Miami glitterati out in force. Then, bringing matters to a close as only he knows how is Danny ‘I love my traditional and stupidly long Miami WMC sets' Tenaglia, with a meagre 10 hour session on Sunday afternoon. How much partying is it possible to fit into one place within the space of 5 and a bit days? Well, I think we have a winner!
