The brainchild of techno stalwarts Arnaud Le Texier and James Warren, London based Safari Electronique have crafted quite the reputation for themselves since their conception in 2005. A subdivision of Le Texier's Atcha Recordings, they've steadily become known for their open minded and innovative approach to their music, with a firm emphasis placed on the quality of their output.

They're a diverse bunch too, with the label incorporating an array of genres, with everything from minimal to full on techno to tech house and even electronica all finding favour at some stage or another. Constantly looking to push new boundaries within the environs of the electronic music scene, they've earned recognition as quite the party hosts also - with their recent Sonar showcase, (held in conjunction with D'Julz's Bass Culture imprint), earning them props across the board.

A glance at some of the names who've worked under the imprint reads like a roll call of emerging talent, with the likes of Luciano Esse, Anthony Collins, Massi DL,  Johnny D, Cesar Merveille and the Italoboyz all representing the label at various points in their brief history.

Nearly 50 releases and with upcoming releases such as Le Texier and Antonio De Angelis' 'The Sky is Falling' as well as 'Safari Numerique 005' to look forward to, they're showing no signs of resting on their laurels just yet either. Like your music boisterous and untamed? Then a Safari is definitely in order...
