You guys have raised the flag for quality disco music around the world with varying residencies - what has your relationship with Ibiza been like over the years? Have you played here regularly in the past?
Yes pretty much. I've been going to Ibiza since mid of 90s, it has changed a lot. I think actually Ibiza needs to be back to their original hippy and crazy roots ...it became a bit too commercial - still amazing and a fun island, but needs more crazy people again. Or maybe the world changed?
You are playing for WILD LIFE in Ibiza - what makes this night such a treat for the crowds, in your opinion?
I'm excited cause its gonna be more housey. DC10 still got that madness European vibe which is their trademark I think.
How did you come to be acquainted with Disclosure?
Always a BIG fan of them cause they are so young but they makes amazing house music with soul and funkiness. We met in Miami 2 years ago, we played for them and they were so sweet with us.
Even though they are young, they seem to know their electronic music inside out. Do you think crossover dance music is important to the scene?
Totally and actually is always great at our HMD parties everywhere in UK and around the world our crowd/fans are very young. I love that as they bring energy.
Finally can you give us any teasers of things to keep an eye out for, HMD wise? Our proper single with Roy Inc on our label at the end of June...vinyl only first with a proper 12"cover and old skool video.
