Now in its eighth season, 'Wax Da Jam' is the Ibiza local's favourite party and this season, the secret is firmly out. Despite being in the middle of the island and far away from the rest of the clubs, it is the buzz party in Ibiza this week.

With competition like David Guetta at Pacha, Maceo Plex's 'Mosaic' at Destinos or Tale of Us's 'Afterlife' at Privilege, that's no easy feat. But it's clear tonight's pairing of headliners has added an extra blast of fire to Wax Da Jam's popularity. Seth Troxler joins Nightmares on Wax at his monthly residency for another 100% disco back to back showdown.

Las Dalias is home to the island's hippie market and is the epicentre of all things bohemian on the island. Ibiza’s oldest club, it's also probably the least advertised to tourists and it feels like a boutique festival in a club. We are treated to vinyl pop up stands, art, food stalls, boutiques, and unique to Ibiza, affordable drinks! The slick and cool vibe is the ideal alternative to the island's super clubs submersing attendees in a hedonistic atmosphere inspired by traditional, hippie Ibiza.

Funky shirts, jazzy trousers and wigs litter the dance-floor. Nightmares On Wax's George Evelyn is an ambassador for the charity, Last Night A DJ Saved My Life and all proceeds from wigs purchased go to charity. Unsurprisingly, fun is the word of the night.

On the turntables, a 70s New York vibe is being expertly laid down by our back to back DJs. Alkalino 'We Got It' gets everyone’s boogie on early doors as the energy in room reaches maximum kilowatts.

As Soundstream 'Soul Train' thunders around the room, a dance-off breaks out centre stage. There are backflips here and headspins there, as Seth, revelling in in the dance off, filters out the track to draw attention to the moves being busted out. Glounge 'The Nighttrain' is a straight up trip of a track. Trumpets, saxophones, soul and sass overcome the dance-floor. The theme for the four events is the “Season of Giving” and unsurprisingly the disco bangers keep on giving! Kleer 'Keep Your Body Workin (Vocal Mix)' finds the DJ and crowd in sync, both loving every inch of the track. As the disco pumps inside and the courtyard bubbles over outside, it's clear Wax Da Jam holds the honour of being the perfect place to chill as well as a superb place to party. It is a faultless night out at Ibiza’s number one hidden gem.
