It is definitely that time of year - the closing parties are upon us. Announcements are littering our Ibiza news feeds, and this week we say farewell to Wax Da Jam and Resistance until 2018.

Don't sink into despair just yet though - we have what may be some of the best lineups of the season to look forward to.

Monday 11 September - Cocoon at Amnesia
Line Up: Ricardo Villalobos, Zip, Dorian Paic, Sven Väth, Redshape

Perlon don Zip joins Ricardo for his annual saunter on the Terrace and as any keen Cocoon follower knows, this usually means one of the best nights of music for the season. Mix that energy with a live set from Redshape, one of the most under rated DJs around, Dorian Paic, on the Terrace and Sven all night long in the Club, and we may have the event of the season on our hands!

Tuesday 12 September - Resistance Closing party at Privilege
Line Up: Dubfire b2b Nicole Moudaber b2b Paco Osuna b2b Special Guest, Eats Everything, Technasia b2b Hector, HOSH b2b Edu Imbernon, Monoloc, Fur Coat, Special Guest.

Resistance has been one of the reasons Privilege is back at the top this season largely thanks to reuniting the original super star DJ back to back act, Sasha and Digweed. The rest of the lineups have been huge also so we can only hope for more of the same next year. Prepare for an emotional send off.

Wednesday 12 September - NG Traxx at Underground
Line Up: Barac, Nima Gorji, Kevin Cook

Underground continue to provide some of the finest minimal house DJs around and this tasty lineup features one of the stars of the Romanian scene, Barac. Team him up with fellow deep groover Nima Gorji and you've got a night of A-Game stripped back selections to dive into.

Thursday 13 September - Wax Da Jam at Las Dalias
Line Up: Nightmares On Wax, Negghead, Shovell, Wolfgang Haffner, Ricky Ranking, Buckley, Kazim Kazim Kazim.
It's parties like this that make islanders truly aware of the end of the season, and truly sad. Wax Da Jam is one of the most loved nights on the island by those that live in Ibiza year, in year out. This season it has provided the perfect antidote to corporate clubbing and for the final session, the team go back to their roots with the all star original crew. Expect this to be one of the highlights of September.

Friday 15 September - Glitterbox at Hï
Line Up: Roger Sanchez, David Morales, Greg Wilson, Horse Meat Disco, DJ Pippi, Melon Bomb, Antz.

Soulful house heads this is your jam. This headliner-heavy glitter fest secures the biggest names in soulful house and disco at one of the last Glitterbox's of the season. And what a successful season it has been for the crew! Two of Ibiza's old school favourites, Roger Sanchez and David Morales combine, with two of disco's finest; Greg Wilson and Horse Meat Disco, for a special Glitterbox.

Saturday 16 September - Black Coffee at Hï
Line Up: Black Coffee, Carl Craig, Rampue, Salome, Lee Burridge.

Black Coffee's brings his residency toward the finish line with another biggie. For lovers of ice canon drenched, big room techno, Carl Craig at Hï Ibiza is an unmissable ticket. Rampue and Salome are also on hand to round the bill off, whilst residents tackle the club room.

Sunday 17 September - Saga at Heart
Line Up: Bedouin, Damian Lazarus

Heart and Bedouin's Saga Sundays have been a home from home for what we're calling Burning Man house. This particular branch of electronic music is all about the melodies, and tonight will be the perfect opportunity to align your Playa self with your Ibizan spiritual counterpart. Or something like that. Hot off the tail of a cluster of USA gigs, Crosstown Rebels boss Damian Lazarus takes over the controls and gets well mystical.
