From Mandar live all night long to Derrick Carter's disco magic, Paris has plenty of eye catching rave treats in store for New Year's Eve.

Molly and Tom Trago Headline Concrete

Concrete continues to earn its reputation as Paris' premier venue for finely tuned dance music. The three tiered boat has invited the cream of house and techno to play since 2011 and for New Year's Eve, the club is leaving the main room in the  hands of their residents and regulars. The club will open at 10pm on New Years Eve, featuring sets from Molly, Leo Pol, Tom Trago, Grego G and Malouane. The Wood Floor will also be open and undergo an all night long takeover from Parisian online magazine, Dure Vie.

New Years Eve at Concrete, 69 Port De La Rapée, 75012 Paris. For more information click here.

Warehouse Techno at Nuits Fauves

For fans of fast paced techno, get your fill on New Year's Eve as Paul Ritch is back on home turf with an extended set alongside Berghain regular and Ostgut Ton favourite Marcel Fengler at the Nuits Fauves warehouse space. The club opened in 2015 which features a cage like booth similar to that of Tresor and has established itself as a key player in Paris. Vincent Vidal will also be at the club, rounded off by a live set from Benjamin Damage. Expect a heavy entrance into the new year.

Mandar Go All Night Long at Rex Club

The original Parisian rave den delivers gold with a double promise; Mandar all night long and live. The newly founded trio, consisting of Lazare Hoche, Malin Genie and S.A.M will be creating a rare all night long live show. We can only begin to guess at the intricate planning going in to such a marathon live show, so expect this to be one for the books.

Derrick Does Faust

Anyone whose been to one of Derrick Carter's 'Derrick Does Disco' parties in Glasgow or Chicago can vouch for the Chicago legend's prowess in the genre. The chance to catch him playing disco in Paris on New Year's Eve is a no brainer. The cosmopolitan Faust venue, in the tunnels of Alexandre III has hosted over 80 underground parties this year and will be finishing 2017 with one of their best. The club features a ceiling covered in lights, which throb along in time with the music. With just one other DJ on the bill, expect Carter to fully hit his stride during this long and special disco set. When the lights come on at 6am, why not head to Discomatin, which starts at 6am and prolongs the house and disco vibe.

Carry On With Disco at Batofar

Batofar is Paris' original rave boat. Known for its cutting edge music polices, the club is the perfect spot for a concentrated gathering of quality DJs and live acts.

For the Parisian label Discomatin and their New Years party, an after hours instalment off funk, disco and jazz in all of its forms will be the groove for much of the morning. This will serve as an after party to New Years Eve and runs from 6am til midday. Discomatin boss Saint-James will be joined by Theo Top, Jim Irie and Mag Spencer at the lighthouse boat on the River Seine, which also serves as a restaurant and ‘beach’ hang out during the summer.
