The combination of old friends Move D and Jus-Ed behind the decks was always going to guarantee magic for Boileroom's sixth birthday celebrations. The veteran selectors locked heads for a night of deep house, techno and disco in Berlin in October. Both have been riding high on the world's best lineups for most of the decade and with their knowledge and craftsmanship developed over several decades in the business, the quality control was destined to be set to high.

The mix starts leisurely and eases its way through a steady incline of intensity over nearly three hours without needing to push the BPMs too fast.  There are shameless big tunes like Armand Van Helden's 'You Don't Know Me' and Kings of Tomorrow's 'Finally' and plenty of nerdy, Discogs gems in between to balance things out and the vibes are reminiscent of classic 90s clubs like NYC's Body & Soul or London's 'Lazy Dog. Masterful mixing from two of the best.
