Top 10 Off-Week Parties Announced So Far

Barcelona's Off-Week has embedded itself into the dance music calendar as one of the most important events of the year and this year's early announcements are as tasty as ever.

Off-Week is the colloquial term for the week long congregation of unofficial parties gravitating around Sónar festival. It draws some of the biggest names in the music industry for one-off showcases in various venues throughout Barcelona, and taking precedence in dance music's calendar in June, it’s the perfect way to kick off your raving summer.

[a:rpia:r] Showcase - Thursday 14 June

The Romanian label has confirmed their place at Off Week this year. Presenting the event is, of course, label heads and OGs of Romanian minimal, RPR Soundsystem. The trio consisting of RhadooPetre Inspirescu and Raresh will host the 11-hour party on a new stage at outdoor venue, Parc Del Forum.

tINI & the gang - Wednesday 13 June


Off-Week would not be complete without tINI & the Gang. The intimate yet renowned parties take it back to basics where everything revolves around the tunes. The venue is still to be announced but wherever it ends up, get there early to enjoy the day and avoid the queues.

Half Baked Records - Saturday 16 June

Another staple of Off-Week, innovative East London brand, Half Baked, always provide a belter of a party. The crew have cultivated a dedicated following over the last decade thanks to carefully selected artists and distinctive decor. The lineup is currently TBA but with last year's party featuring names like regular Dyed Soundorom, Ryan Elliott or Oskar Offermann, expect big things.

Circoloco - Thursday 14 June

As one of the most recognised names in dance music, Circoloco shifts tickets like no other brand during Off-Week. This year is set to be no different with superstar residents The Martinez Brothers, Jamie Jones and Damian Lazarus confirmed alongside Peggy Gou, Rampa Vs @Me, Guy Gerber, Red Axes and Honey Dijon so far.

Afterlife - Saturday 16 June



After just two years of operation, Tale Of Us' label and party brand has spawned sell out shows in Barcelona, revived Privilege in Ibiza and hosted plenty of much-hyped events around the world. 2018 should be no different with some more heavyweight techno names confirmed for their Off-Week party. Berghain legend Marcel Dettmann, Rødhåd and Maceo Plex stack the bill nicely alongside the Italian duo and tickets are already on final release

Nick Curly presents Trust Open Air - Thursday 14 June

Trust has evolved into one of Off-Week's hidden gems. Known for its varied lineups, Nick Curly's roving party brand always provides a colourful event with heaps of energy. Held at the ZT Hotel, this promises to be one of the week's most essential outdoor shindigs.

It’s All About The Music - Thursday 14 June


Marco Carola rests his wildly popular Music On brand to present 'It’s All About The Music.' Paco Osuna, and Apollonia's triumvirate of Shonky, Dan Ghenacia, and Dyed Soundorom headline alongside newcomer residents such as Leon, Joey Daniel, Neverdogs, and Anna Tur alongside the boss man himself, Carola.

Innervisions - Saturday 17 June


German label and collective Innervisions have ruled clubland in recent years. Bosses, Dixon and Âme are dedicated to the emotional, melodic side of house music and their huge global fan base love them for it. The lineup is still yet to be announced but tickets are almost sold out.

Diynamic - Friday 15 June


Solomun’s infamous Diynamic imprint is another roving super brand to dominate the world stage in recent years. They return to Barcelona for another episode of Diynamic Outdoor with top dog Solomun, Adriatique Kollektiv, Turmstrasse and H.O.S.H. Tickets are almost gone so act fast.

Detroit Love - Thursday 14 June



‘Detroit Love’ is a concept curated by one of the city's most famous techno sons, Carl Craig. Created to bring the sounds of Detroit to clubs and festivals the world over, although this year's lineup is yet to be announced, it's highly likely to include Craig's lifelong hometown friend and global vinyl house superstar, Moodymann.
