As rave divisions all over the world are gearing up to face Off Week, Sónar and their monstrous 20th anniversary celebrations, Ibiza Voice will once again step in to provide a comprehensive guide to their ever growing club and party schedule. The 2018 announcements have sparked excitement and nostalgia in the office but remain, as ever, overwhelming. We start our 2018 guide by providing the best open air parties throughout Off Week. From ZT to Poble Español and back, we've got you covered...

a:Rpiar Showcase – 14 June

No matter where a:Rpiar announce a show, they receive an impressive response from discerning music heads. New wave music and no fuss atmospheres have ensured satisfaction amongst ravers who really are all about the music. Subsequently, this solid reputation has inched the Romanian trio into a favourable status within similar party crews. Rhadoo, Raresh and Petre Inspirescu are a formidable act solo, but come in force for OFF Week 2018 and invite Dan Andrei and Kozo to the sizeable waterfront site, Parc Del Forum. Probably one of the best parties planned for this year.

Trip – 15 June

There’s something about banging techno in the daylight that sends techno ravers into another dimension. The historic view point of El Monesterio is set to get put through its paces by Trip label boss Nina Kraviz, who invites techno royalty Bjarki and DJ Rush to pummel heads. Mosaic boss Steve O’Sullivan’s hypnotic grooves provide a tasteful curveball whilst Deniro and Shadowax round off a powerful bill.

Ricardo Villalobos FRRC – 16 June

No one controls a blissed-out crowd quite like Ricardo; his extended sets and creativity are unrivalled when he’s in the zone. Off day or not, anyone who’s experienced Villalobos on form during Off Week will be in attendance for this. Houghton curator Craig Richards goes toe to toe with My Own Jupiter’s Nicholas Lutz, Perlon Queen, Dygas steps up alongside Matthew Jonson and Dandy Jack, who is on live duties. A healthy helping from the Loud Contact and Indigo Raw team at new site The Green Area at Parc Del Forum.

Detroit Love – 14 June

Detroit Love return to OFF Week for 2018, again showcasing the city's rich musical history and time honoured influence within the music industry. Detroit Love boss Carl Craig invites Moodymann, Omar-S, Kyle Hall and Idriss D to represent the undisputed capital of electronic music. 430 West Records front men Octave One will also be on hand with one of their renowned live sets. Expect plenty of expert MPC action.

Sunday Breakfast – 17 June

ZT go at it again with the Sunday Breakfast crew to round the week off. What a pleasure this party was last year. Despite tickets being ‘sold out’ online, the capacity was at an enjoyable level with only the most dedicated music lovers in attendance, particularly after a heavy Saturday night. Shonky and Barac, who were our favourites last year, return alongside Olga Korol, Sandro Kuhne and Flavio.

tINI and the gang – 13 June

tINI and the gang return to kick start Off Week with her fun-fuelled party concept. Renowned for inviting three DJs to spin, and always demonstrating her ability to get a party going, tINI’s parties have become synonymous with Wednesdays in Barcelona for OFF week. She invites Rex club and gang regular Molly, Lamache, ISAbella and Thomas Melchior to do the live business. ZT will be kicking off from 2pm and into Thursday.

Circoloco – 14 June

Circoloco will undoubtedly climb the rank in anyone’s pick just for being Circoloco...and although we may be musically swayed to venture elsewhere, there’s still an awful lot to write home about for their 2018 Off Week Showcase.

Current Circoloco front men Jamie Jones, The Martinez Brothers and Loco Dice join Squillace and Lazarus to head up their all star line up. 2018 breakthrough star Peggy Gou is also booked alongside her regular companion Honey Dijon, as well as Red Axes. With more artists still to be announced, for tech house fans, this is mega.
